Star Wars 2012 Action Figures

While the rest of us in the USA eagerly await the release of the new 2012 Hasbro Star Wars Action Figures, the UK has already enjoyed their release date - December 27th. As such the first of the new figures are starting to show up on eBay.

To celebrate Star Wars in 3D, the 2012 packaging features perhaps the most ruthless Sith ever seen on the big screen, Darth Maul! His iconic image will be integrated into all of the Saga packaging for this year, from action figures to stationary to body wash, and all products in between.

In order to avoid potential 'Imperial entanglements', the auctions are only shipping to winners in Europe which is fine. Here in the USA we should start seeing product on the shelf in about 30 days. That should be soon enough to prevent the overly eager collectors to start shelling out airmail postage for what will very likely be the most common of figures.
